Returning back to Doctor Who I completed the series that I had previously watched by completing Steven Moffat’s era with the Twelfth Doctor stories. I enjoyed the Twelfth Doctor far more than many others seem to, although some people are definitely coming around more now with the benefit of hindsight, and so I felt a bit like I had to defend some of the stories here, and really highlight what I feel are the strengths of it. I intend to return to Doctor Who at some point in the near future, but as the episodes of the Thirteenth Doctor are ones I am less familiar with it is taking more work, but I do believe it will be worth the wait.
